Returns due to customer error or no longer being required:
Standard stock items may be retrned within 10 working days of delivery. A handling charge of 15% will be applied.
Non stocked items or items specially fabricated may not be returned for credit.
Returns must be agreed before return and must be in a saleable condition.
Returns due to company error:
Returns due to company error must be advised within 5 working days of despatch.
Where fault is established and agreed, the company will collect, and credit goods incorrectly supplied by the company
It is the customers responsibility to ensure goods are made available for
collection and packaged appropriately.
